I ordered a dress from Mi Golondrina and felt let down when it arrived. It looked really cute in the photos, so I was expecting something nicer in person.

The fabric felt thin and a little scratchy, which surprised me for the price. One of the sleeves also had messy stitching, and that part was weird because it made the whole dress feel kind of poorly made.

I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t seem like it would hold up well. For what I paid, I expected better quality, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I was just trying to look around the site, but the whole layout made it feel harder than it needed to be. The design looks a bit outdated and cluttered, and the photos and text don’t really line up in a clean way. It’s a simple thing, but the messy style made browsing less enjoyable.

I ordered from migolondrina.com and it looked really nice when I opened it. The pieces were folded neatly and the whole thing felt like they put some thought into the presentation. That said, the outside package was kind of beat up when it got to me, and there wasn’t a ton of padding or extra protection inside. Nothing actually got damaged, so that was good, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a little more secure. Overall not bad, Just kind of okay.

I was hoping for something that felt genuinely handmade or rooted in real artisan tradition, but it came across vague. The whole “heritage” angle felt more like a label they could use because of some loose policy loophole rather than something clearly backed up. I’m not saying it was terrible, but the authenticity just wasn’t there for me...

I reached out to customer service hoping to get some help, but the whole experience was frustrating. The responses didn’t really address my issue, and it felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or actually make things right. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a company to own the problem and provide meaningful support.

The dress looked really cute online, but the second I took it out of the package, I could tell the quality just wasn’t there. The fabric felt cheap, and the stitching was a mess. For the price, I was 100% expecting something way better. I definitely won’t be buying this again.

I was disappointed when I saw the embroidery in person. Some of the stitches were loose, a few sections didn’t line up the way they should, and the whole pattern looked uneven compared to what I was expecting.

I get that delays can happen, but for the shipping price, I think it’s only fair to expect clearer updates and better communication.

The whole return/exchange process was frustrating. Once I had paid, it felt like they stopped caring, which made me a little distrustful. The exchange took forever, and support barely gave me any useful help. I had to keep following up just to get basic updates.

I really wanted to like this dress, but the sizing was completely off. It ran super small and the fit just felt odd in a way that didn’t match the photos at all. I ended up returning it right away, but the whole thing gave me that “they made it my problem” feeling, which was frustrating

They do have some really stuff, I just don’t think the value is there for what they’re charging.

The clothes were really cute. The site was easy to browse too. But checkout was slow for me. It lagged a bit. I also wish the shipping info was clearer. Overall, it was okay. Not bad, but nothing amazing.
